The website
Go Sweets provides confectionery inspiration, local planning tools, accounts and an enquiry route. Account and enquiry functions are for people aged at least 18. Do not misuse the website or attempt to access another account.
Inspiration and actual goods
Photographs and category descriptions do not specify actual inventory, ingredients, allergens or dietary suitability. Confirm the exact current products and their information before agreement. A substitution requires its own information to be checked.
Local plans
Mix weights and party totals are arithmetic results from your inputs. They are not serving recommendations, quotations, stock reservations or confirmed orders. Local data may be lost if browser storage is cleared.
Orders and payment
A separate order agreement must identify the merchant, goods, weights, full amount, delivery, ingredient and allergen information, and applicable cancellation or return terms. Only a reference assigned to your account can be paid here. Applicable consumer rights are not removed.
Your account
Keep a unique password private and provide accurate contact details. Email verification and automated password recovery are not included. Use the contact form for access problems.
Questions
Retain the relevant order agreement and reference. Use the contact form for product questions, order support or complaints. Site information may be updated; the terms of an agreed order should stay with its confirmation.
